Hi, I’m Heidi — owner of New Generation Industries, a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor, trained in helping small businesses organize their finances, simplify bookkeeping, and make confident financial decisions.

I am a bookkeeping professional and business administration specialist with a passion for bringing order, clarity, and confidence to the people I work with. After spending more than a decade in roles spanning operations management, finance, and client relations, I learned something important: success often comes down to the details. The emails that go unanswered. The reports that get pushed aside. The books that fall behind when everything else feels urgent. That’s where I come in.

I started my business to help small business owners, entrepreneurs, and individuals feel in control again — by handling the financial and administrative tasks that too often become overwhelming.

My Background

Before starting my bookkeeping business, I spent years in corporate and operational roles across several industries — including consumer goods, utilities, and chemical manufacturing. In those positions, I managed everything from financial reporting and reconciliation to contract management, project planning, and team training. I learned how to streamline systems, solve problems quickly, and keep projects on track — skills that now help me deliver efficient, dependable support to my clients every day.

I’m also a commissioned Notary Public in the State of Michigan, hold a BBA in Management, and am actively completing certifications in Sage and other accounting softwares to provide clients with the most current accounting expertise.
